►When will I get my order?

The processes and times separately:

· From the moment we receive your order, it takes 2-4 working days to craft your ordered (except for Five Elements Bagua Formation Ornament Art Pottery series products, it takes10 working days to craft). 

· After product crafted, it will be sent to Guandi Temple in Sanqing Mountain,Jiangxi Province, China, to offer Kai Guang(Consecrated) by Taoist Abbot Master Hong Kai, it takes 2 working days

The Kai Guang(Consecrated) activation process is an important feature of our Taovista products. This procedure infuses the product with spiritual energy. Therefore, please be patient and wait.

Upon readiness for shipment, After placing an order, you can view the tracking number in your order details to check its status online.

Please ensure that we have the correct wrist size and delivery address to complete your order efficiently.

►I would like a custom design, is that possible?

· All customized services can be selected from our "Customized Services" section.

►I was looking at a product, but it was out of stock. When will it be back?

· Reach out to us, and we can check if we have any small inventory left or assist you with finding a good alternative.

►I need it quickly because the birthday/anniversary/party is already in a few days!

· If you’ve already placed the order, you can notify us by replying to the confirmation email. Most of the time, we can prioritize your order.
