No worries! When placing your order, you can first quickly measure the "wrist circumference" in a simple and easy way.

· Part 1: Wrap a piece of paper around your wrist once, gently press against the skin, without leaving any gaps. Make sure to mark it precisely at the intersection. Then unfold the paper and place it on a ruler to read the data. The data obtained is the wrist net circumference, and you can choose the corresponding size from the ordered size.

· Part  2: Use a soft tape measure to wrap around your wrist once, without leaving any gaps. The obtained data is the wrist net circumference, and you can choose the corresponding size from the ordered size.

Please note that this is the measured net wrist circumference. As the bracelet is made of 4 strands of elastic rope with some elastic space, when choosing the size during the order placement, you can select a size that is exactly or slightly smaller, but ultimately, it still needs to be chosen based on your personal preference for the degree of looseness when wearing it.
